Took my cats to my Mum's today because they aren't emigrating with us. The house is really quiet without them.
I always made fun of people who went overboard about their pets, but I cried my first real tears for my cat who I've had 12 years.

My 2 cats are coming with us, we take them to the shippers on Monday and I'm absolutely dreading it
