Blimey, forgot what proper rain looked like. You just can't go out in that, far too dangerous. Hope you are all ok.

Yep, it was hail that size that dented my car.

What a mess we've got to clean up tonight after work.

How is everyone this morning?

Some of our guys at work are off as their ceilings collapsed, a few cars damaged.

Im going to call our insurance company for our roof but all in all we are OK. Did everyone get home safe last night?

Someone at work reckons another one is forecasted, although not as bad as yesterday.

That's right, Steve is on call for tonight for the SES again. Out of 800 phone calls last night, 500 were from the northern suburbs. We were lucky, we had power all night, lost it for a couple of hours this morning. My kids are off school as there is a fair bit of damage there.

Cyclones, hail the size of golf balls, thunderstorms that flood out entire city centers in half an hour, firestorms that kill dozens.... hmmm.

That's what I thought - I've trawled through literally hundreds of pictures of storm porn today but have yet to come up with one of a comparison pic of a hailstone and a gonad.
