Feeling crap
#1
I gave up smoking yesterday and haven't had a smoke for 48 hours now. I gave up before so know how bad it can be, but I still feel crap
And I'm not getting much support here at home, as another smoke just gets sparked up

I'm going to try to stop once the house is sold and everything is sorted out. It's not something I'm looking forward to because I remember how ill it made me feel last time.
I really feel for you, you need to ban smoking in your house (sorry cas
) it's the only way you will do it.Keep it up, apparantly the feeling goes after 3 days, although I never got that far, so don't know if it's true.

You shouldn't try to give up while there are other stresses in your life. It will be too much, but good luck when you try. Set a start date, that's what Cas has done...Saturday for her, but I'm suffering now

My start date is set for the day we fly out of the UK. I figured with all that time in the air without a cigarette I may as well try then. That's providing I can stop myself lighting one up as soon as we clear the airport in singapore.
