My Mum used to make Pigs trotter soup every Monday night.. we used to eat a bowl after Judo (my brother's club) whilst watching Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy

Of course, the most "exotic" I have managed over here so far is probably a kangaroo steak or two...

Collect the blood of a freshly killed duck and stir in 1/4 cup vinegar.......... do you want the rest of the recipe ?
