e-tax help?

I am trying to do my tax return in my lunch break on the work pc - having got permission to download the e-tax and began filling in info - when I try and connect to the internet I am unable - is this due to privacy issues on the browser? I am connected to the internet but it keeps coming up with an error and wont let me go any further. Any one around who can give me a pointer on how to resolve this?

Thanks

Sounds like it could be an issue with your works computer set up, I tried to do it from work one year and I had the same problems, worked fine at home.... look like you might have to go and talk nicely to your IT crowd.:)

I did our first ones online. You may have clicked by mistake that previous info was on your computer????? I did that and only worked out when it wouldn't let me do it that I was on a new machine from the previous year so the info wasn't there. Just a thought.

You can go backwards and forwards changing stuff until you actually submit without losing stuff, not a problem. However I couldn't tell you where it is as I haven't got round to even thinking about ours yet  It's close to the front though. If it's not that then I have no clue. :D

Ring them. They are actually quite helpful. I had to ring them last year about something, a human answered after a few rings and answered the question without trouble.
