Instead of a cm of oil we use a teaspoon of beef dripping. You do have to sieve the flour here or they are shocking

And thanks everyone else for the sieving flour tip for yorkshire puddings, I'll try giving it three sieves, all my attempts have been pretty dire recently (this may have something to do with the oven in our rental though...)

There's those new flexi tins based on space technology all rubbery don't seem quite right but don't know if anyone has used them.

no, thats the first place i looked. its where all the salt/pepper/seasoning (dried, like chilli, oregano, etc) is. hope you find it. it was on the bottom shelf, they couldnt have made it any harder to find.

Suspect package at Post Office
Officials have today called in bomb disposal team who carried out a controlled explosion on what turned out to be a pack of suet!

Just found this website looking for recipes to use tandaco suet mix and thought you might like to use this yorkshire pudding recipe
8 tblsp plain flour
1 egg
pinch salt
300mls milk
Beat all together, leave for 10 mins then put in muffins tins that have been preheated in a very hot oven (220C) cook till done about 20 mins or so
