Haven't posted a great deal as Oh has been sorting our emigration out......
Anyway, he's left me and our two kids (in limbo land) and is shagging (sorry if I can't say that) someone from work. He want's nothing more to do with me, says Im a fat ugly ****.
Not even sure what visa rights me and the kids have? I know he'd got it all sorted, but......?

You must be going through hell. What a sh1t your ex is. I had to respond to your post. I'm sorry that I can only offer you sympathy and hope that when you have your head a bit sorted you can look into your visa position.

what a nasty, hurtful thing for him to say.
i just dont understand some people at all - not only has he left you and your kids but he has tried to knock you down as he has gone.
Dont let him 'win'. Pick yourself up and show him that you dont need him to succeed in your dreams.

As far as visas go i would reccommend talking to an agent - they generally do an initial consultation for free and will be able to tell you if your skills will get you a visa.
Even if you cant go as things stand - change things so that you can - or spend some time thinking about what YOU and your kids want to do (oz or otherwise) and go from there. :wub:

Sorry to hear your news, but honestly you will be better without a selfish git like that in the long run.

I agree with what some others have said, pick up the phone and speak to a some agents, find out if you can go under your own skills and then go for it.
