However, reading the road rules book before you get your australian driving licence is compulsory (at least in QLD). So you'd have to be ignorant and forgetful to not know that its against the law to park against the flow of traffic.

And to use your defence Spalen, I don't agree with THAT law. Its much more dangerous to do 2 'Uuueeeys' just so you are parked with the traffic flow than to swing across and park against the flow.

But what do I know compared to our wonderful leaders.

Not compulsary in Victoria, and anyway I didn't yet have my Aussie lisence
