I agree.....idiots speed!
I'm always so careful usually!? Not sure what happened. I have noticed though that some roads have different speed limits at certain times of the day. I'm not going out in the car until Tuesday just to be safe!

And its a favourite place for the police to put a speedo at the bottom of a hill where the speed limit changes from 80 to 60. But only when they need donuts....

we have had more demirit points and fines here in a year than in a lifetime in Engalnd!!
The other day we went to Southlands shopping and there were no parks, so we made one up on the end of a row of cars - next thing we have a $50 parking ticket!!!!!! It was a bllody free carpark too!!!! They are so bloody padantic here with the bloody stupid laws re: parking, traffic lights,dogs on leash etc etc.....arrghhh!! :scared:

I did the same thing in England before I came and got a warning on my car that if I did it again I'd be fined, much fairer in my opinion.
I got fined $50 for paking against the flow of the traffic in a dead end road, I had no idea this was illegal as I have yet to see a sign stating this
