Unhappy Dont you hate it when...

Your at work and the boss leaves for 15-20 mins. Then comes back and blames you for things not going smoothly. When the boss never stated that you were in charge and when you are on a shift with people who cant do there job and shouldnt be on that shift.

Grrrrr I was close to telling my boss I am not here to baby sit people who cant do there job!(when your trying to do 5 things at once yourself) Lol ......well okay I am not a supervisor and dont get paid to be one so why leave me incharge!!

Rant over I just had to let it out!

Well the wee tipple helped also a phone call to a friend who recently quit. She knows a couple taking over a v v nice place where she works. Pay is the same, good hours and she said she would put a word in for me. So maybe on my wednesday( which is normally a study day) I can work there and see how it goes. Then maybe I can quit my work too and work with my old work mate

Well, I am not ashamed to say, I can't follow all the nuances of this thread. Must admit to having a few Friday night bevies and have bosses like those mentioned. Also still not actually in Australia, perhaps I'm not morally eligable to take part in this thread. However I do empathize with the sentiment.
Cheers
H.
