Would expect a potential employer to insist he take a psychometric profile as he could unintentionally place co workers under the influence

There was a job advert in the economist not so long ago which made me laugh. Some bank were looking for a financial guru who had to have so many years experience in dealing with the various stock markets across europe.
The killer was, they had to be fluent in english swedish, and chinese. I mean ffs, not asking for much were they
Funniest thing was, the advert re-appeared a couple of months later, so they'd obviously had no success finding their english/swedish/mandarin speaking economic guru.
And why Swedish?

Take a look at Frank Abignale. He was a fraudster who swindled millions of dollars and flew all over the world posing as a pilot. He worked as a doctor and was hired as a deputy district attorney in Louisiana. He did his time in prison in the US and then went to work for the government detecting fraud and helping to develop some of the security features on bank notes and cheques. He then wrote a very successful book and had a major movie made about himself. Not bad for a crook, eh?
Better to be honest and say how you got the experience than try to hide it. His past will come out anyway, so he may as well let potential employers know up front.
