Default Does it get much colder at night on the GC?

Just wondering because we are really cold at night and OMG freezing in the mornings! bought a fan heater today

I'm not sure why, given that its by the coast, but the GC does seem to get some really cold nights.....last winter Coolangatta got down to 0C!

I'm sure the real locals probably thought the world was going to end!

It was bloody freezing at 5 o'clock this morning - 13 degrees Dale said on the way to work

Brrrrrrrr I had to go back to bed to get warm

p.s. can someone tell me what month it's likely to hail? Cus I'm not taking my car out the garage AT ALL if there's even a slight risk. I've now seen what hail does to a car (sorry Sam couldn't resist )

Will prob get a little colder than that, but not for long! ...

Last Winter we had 2 doona's AND an electric blanket! ... ... but then we do live in a cardboard box. Well, built like one anyway ...
