as far as i understand, legally you are supposed to have 15 minutes break (paid) every four hours, for instance morning and afternoon tea. most people don't usually take a 15 min block away from their desk per se but it just covers grabbing a cup of coffee and a quick natter in the tea room or making a quick personal phone call, that kind of thing. lunchbreaks are unpaid.

You would need to check if there is a workplace agreement in place with your employer, as it might cover lunch breaks. There is no such thing as 'legally' having a 15 minute paid break every 4 hours, I wish
