dont bother unless you have a tap to replace it with if the thread has gone you need new taps

Not sure but i fink i bitten off more than i can chew - now need to take the whole tap off to replace with a new one BUT do i REALLY have to remove the whole sink first??? which also means removin the dish washer from its slot and disconnecting teh waste pipe??????????? OH S***T!!! On occassions I really do appreciate men have their positive qualities - I neeeeeeeeeeeed one :eek:

I have had a break through on the tap front!!!!!!! Ok - I have managed to just undo the cold tap handle and so in theory i should be able to fix the new one in BUT when i twist the handle into place it looks all lovely until i try and turn the tap on and the whole thing undoes and i get covered in water all over again :curse:

HA!!! Im a genius - it helps if you take the top bit off and screw in the fitting first hey :rofl:

It only bloody well works!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY GO ME! GO ME!!!!!!!! t'was the old washer stuck in bottom of tap thingy ma jig - blocking water!!!

Anyone need a plumber????????? Im ya gal :thumbsup::thumbup::D
