When Rudd first came up with this plan he went on national TV news telling everyone they were gonna get $960. The next day Turnball was on TV saying we weren't getting anything!
Don't you think Rudd should have at least put the idea through parliament better still wait till passed by senate before running his mouth to the nation before it had even been approved? Nationals living overseas, prisoners and pets are supposedly getting it too! This just proves to me his lack of foresight and the fact this plan has been rushed through without being properly thought out. IMO, Turnball was right to block and question it, but it seems he and anyone else questioning it had to roll over as all the bogans started demanding their "free money"
