What was the one that all the celebs was on recently. The one where you eat nothing but meat. Utter arse-breath ensued.

So anyway Tony, explain your need for the diet question....

...packing it on?
...looking in the mirror and thinking 'that arse can't be all mine'?
...know the old 'my clothes are shrinking in the wash' routine won't last another time?
...can't see your feet?
...lost your widget?

Come share. You are amongst friends

Isn't that the one which is basically cut your calories to dangerously low levels and then build it up from there?

Makes me laugh when the cite the success stories - I lost 432 kg all thanks to the miracle of not eating fried lard, cakes and takeaways and eating stupidly low calorie intakes! Amazing stuff. Who would have thought and definitely worth the $34,321 in fees, supplements and support for the secret to be yours!

Next they will be inventing exercise and balanced eating. Exciting times we live in I tell you.

Smile Re: diets

Best diet I have ever been on is the 'Scarsdale medical Diet' kind of a forerunner to Atkins but not as harsh or radical. You eat fruit and veg just not masses of carb's. i think as diets go its pretty healthy and you def. don't feel hungry. For those of us that like quick results I lost 14lbs in two weeks and it stayed off until 10 years and two kids later it all went to pot!

My mate recently lost 10lbs in two weeks. you don't have to be majorly large to loose weight on it, I never was just a bit heavier than I should have been.

When I can motivate myself to be arsed then, the book is ready and waiting!

Hi Tony,

I would recommend System10...I lost 5 stone in 24 weeks. I have kept it off for over a year and went from a size 20 to size 6/8 You eat 5 times a day and the diet didn't constist of anything I wouldn't eat. The website is www.system10.eu. One the left of their homepage there is "helena doolan's success story", thats me with photo's. I lost another stone after the "after photo" was taken put I am sure you will see the hugh difference Good luck

Helena
