did you leave the u.k,looking for something?
i know most of us left looking for something else,mortgage free,happiness,sunshine,a new start etc,etc,..
me, i did'nt realise i already had what i was looking for it just kind of flourished..i suppose now we have the sun to go with what i already had...
it just could'nt be more perfecter?

To not live in fear anymore! 
I'm from Northern Ireland and my OH was a British soldier when I met him, I was a Police Officer (part-time) and I was sick of constantly worrying about both of us and our general safety. Here, now that he's an Aussie Digger, he can drive to work in his uniform without fear of taking a bullet in the head and when he pops into a shop on his way home from work he has people come up to him and shake his hand. For the first time in 33 years I feel safe, just wish all of my family and friends were safe too...
