I am new to this.. Have got visa 136 and will be off to the gold coast as soon as the house is sold with my husband and two young boys looking for a better lifestyle, Anyone got any hints or tips or do's and dont's. Have recently visited the gold coast and Sydney for a month and loved it.. Cant wait to be there..

its going on the market tuesday so as soon as it is sold we will be off. realisticly tho i would say about 6 months or so.. how about you where you at or where you going ??

We have our application in but still waiting for CO (2months in!)
We are hoping to aim for Bunbury in the South of WA. Never been so all a bit of a blind guess, but hey! You only live once
We are not putting house on market 'til Spring probably. What is market like near you? Bouyant?

prices not as high as expected here in kent but hey high enough to be almost mortgage free in oz.. what a result that means more time to enjoy life rather than working like mad for very few days off !!!!
