Default Debenhams Now Delivering to Australia

Just received an email from Debenhams saying that they are now delivering to Australia for the pricey sum of 14.00 pounds. Use the link below for details.

http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/...1#intldelivery

Don't forget if you do order you can always do a search for a discount code to bring the price down, this is the best one that I could find.

Debenhams 15% off online
Online code

From Mon 19 April - Fri 7 May get 15% off online at Debenhams*. Simply insert the code PA3P at the checkout to get 15% off fashion and home. What's more the code's also valid on sale items!

I am sure that someone will find it useful!

Once upon time, many years ago in a galaxy far far away, I would deride these thread on the basis of why would anyone want to shop in British dept stores. However, given the exchange rate and the fleecing that seems to be rampant in Australian stores - sounds good to me now!

Thanks !

Quidco will not track if you use the discount code, you have to add up what is the biggest saving and in this case it's the discount code.

Do you have to pay duty on imported goods?

It's a shame that Debenhams are crap. I ordered from their website while visiting the UK not long ago and had a nightmare getting everything delivered.
  • Their "customer service" staff wouldn't know what service was if it slapped them around the head
  • They sent the wrong stuff
  • They overcharged me and wouldn't give my money back until I raised a dispute with my card company

Will have to keep my fingers crossed that John Lewis starts delivering overseas. I'd happily bankrupt myself shopping there!

Cheers

Steve

P.S. Debenhams don't seem to be deducting VAT on international orders. Cheeky bast*rds!

That's quite generous then. Here anything over a whopping £20 attracts duty.

Being Scottish I may give that a miss but am quite happy to cheer them on in the World Cup, seeing as Scotland failed AGAIN to make it!

Excellent. Lets hope Primark start exports. Then I could buy the entire store and not pay duty.
