Default Danish Bacon PLEASE

Hey folks,

Hows your Friday so far...

I've got this urge for Danish Bacon...the bacon from butchers, wollies and Coles are not my cuppa tea.

Any ides folks.... I need a good old bacon buttie

Quick Google revealed that all three of the largest Danish bacon producers ship to Australia. However what brand names they do it under, I have no idea.

Ask for pickled pork & get them to slice it as bacon. It's the best way to enjoy that unsmoked bacon taste. Oh & you can get Lurpak & HP from most Coles or Woolies.

The bacon from Aldi is about the best I've come across . . . and come across it I nearly did.

This company exports to Australia but I can't locate the buyer at this end.

HANS is danish but don't think its better than the butchers, also Coles thick cut which come in a pack like in UK tastes just like the stuff back home, unless we are getting a different product in our supermarkets?
