CURVES - anyone?
Hi, in my desperation to delard myself (im 34.4% fat apparently) Ive joined curves "woman gym" However have a 3 day day get out clause which can be utilised if needed.
Im just a bit worried that the "program" is a litle boring and I will drop out after doing it for 1 week or so.
Anyone had any results/experiences that are relevant?

I'd be interested in the replies too!
There's one in Ellenbrook, but like you, was wondering whether it's any good.

hi birdey
I joined a curves gym nearly 4 weeks ago, and have lost 9 pounds so far, I dont find it boring (yet - only been there a month!) but thats coz its only 30 mins each time and it goes quickly, and usually there is someone standing in the middle chatting to everyone and getting conversation going (altho not yet fit enough to talk and exercise!!!) which makes the time pass faster. Ive still to get re-measured and weighed officially (this happens once a month) and hopefully will have lost inches as well as pounds.
I think it depends on how determined you are, im motivated by the thought of being on a beach in oz sometime soon hopefully!!
you can work as hard or as little as you want, and i think that you do have to work on what you eat as well, but not everyone does, some people go just to tone up,
hope this helps
