i think they show that crime programme on channel 9 or 10
i watched it a few months ago, about a horrific axe murder of a mum, her teenage son and young kids... they went into such detail it made me feel ill (did I really need to know he used handcream so he could rape her dead body? er no, not really) and I had to turn off.
generally i find crime programmes (esp forensic stuff) interesting, but that was way too much information and really freaked me out
