Ricotta, cream cheese, infact any cheese you would normally use...

I find the cheese cake here weird and too cheesey for my liking, not sweet enough...it's cake after all

I buy Marscapone in Coles and my cheesecake tastes the same as it did back home :)

Mascarpone or cream cheese (Philidelphia) is perfect for cheesecake.
