Just booked flights and have been speaking to an agent who said that booking a room in Singapore with 2 kids is really difficult we have 2 ages 4 and 18months so one would be in a travel cot anyway. She said there are limited options for this, also when i have been checking on the websites it only allows you to enter 1 child? Anyone shed any light on this and recommend hotels where you can stay with 2 children, seems v. bizarre!!

iainandsam, I know from previous threads that it always seems problematic to find family rooms but they are out there. Search the archives for family room Singapore and I'm sure something will come up.
Sorry, I can't remember which hotels have them.

You may have more luck booking directly with the hotel, we were having the same problem with Hong Kong yet some hotels on travel sites that wouldn't allow 2 kids did when on their own sites. In the end we got a 5* hotel reasonably priced for a family of 4 from airlinenetwork. We just did a search and put in 4 and it came up with hotels.

The holiday Inn Parkview always lets us stay in one regular room, and there are 5 of us.

If you cannot find a family room what about two rooms with a connecting door? We did that with our kid and it worked out great. Cost £100 4*. Cost for 1 room where we all shared near Heathrow - £100

Hi
We are just booking a room in Singapore for 2 adults, a 1 and 4 year old and are staying at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore. I had the same problem as you so e-mailed the hotel directly.
When are you there? We arrive on 10th November for 2 nights.

We are going the singapore route and I checked out this hotel but it will not let you stay in any of their rooms with 2 children. We are a family of 2 adults, 5 & 8 year old children. How did you manage to book the room for 4?? Thanks in advance.

It wouldn't let me on the website but I e-mailed the concerige direct and they gave me the rooms that we could have. We have got an infant though so only need 3 beds and a cot which could explain it. Did you e-mail the hotel?
