If you can navigate round BE, upload pictures and so on then you could use one of the many free sites around. The simplest ones mean being online all the whie that you want to be building it, others have a builder which you download (which I'd avoid).
I use this mob: www.yola.com - it's very easy. The site is free, I pay approx $19.00 per anum for my own webpage name.
Or you can get someone to do it for you. I think there are a few posters on here who do it.
Try googling it as well. There's a lot out there.
