Default Company cars!

My friend has just received a job offer in QLD, part of the package is a company car

Grossed up estimated value of the use of a company vehicle while travelling to and from work.... the amount includes the pro-rata cost of fuel, repairs and maintainace, registration, insurance, tyres, leasing costs etc. associated with the personal use of the company vehicle

Can someone explain to me what the above means in laymans terms please
