There's always Crossroads too. The clothes there go up to about a size 20 or 22 I think and all the way down to about a 6 or 8.

Autograph do 20 and above as do Target and Big W. Rockmans also have a range of clothes for the larger lady.

couldn't agree with you more! I'm a 16 and anything I try on in Evans goes down to my knees..I'm 5'5!

Really, I am surprised as most things in there are on the short side for me,
5ft 11", I think I just have an odd body, arm length is the worst for me I think I have abnormally long arms because most things are half way up my arm too!
I think I am just going to have to accept I am a freak!!

Long Tall Sally is the way to go. I'm only 5'7 and a half (that half was always important to me, I did a little bit of modelling way back but was too short really!) but I like my skirts long, and they're beyond long in there.

No you are not a freak! Plenty of larger ladies in Oz, and many of them like to dress nicely too.

Check out MY SIZE

http://www.mysize.com.au/

and MAGGIE T (nothing to do with Baroness Thatcher):

http://www.maggie-t.com.au/

Both have very stylish & fashion-conscious clothes in sizes up to 26 (I think). Also, many branches of Myer tend to have petites and larger sizes on another floor, so check out the store directory.

Good luck!

TAKING SHAPE (aka TS) is also worth a look:

Some very nice pieces in their winter collection - sizes 14-24.
