I love R1...Sara Cox does my noggin in though, and that Nehal or whatever you call him, and that other tube that covered for Scott Mills last week!

Oh I used to like Scott Mills. He's always on the edge of being very naughty, I think, and I like that in a man.

I occasionally stick R1 on via the internet, but it's usually morning my time and I end up with a dance party going on when I should be chilling.

Is Annie still going strong? I should think so; that woman will go forever, chemically-assisted or not.
