Chocolate cake recipe
This has to be one of the best choc cakes I've ever had ... made it for my husband's birthday to rave reviews so making it again today for my sister (before she heads back to Ireland) ...

Ive just made it.It looks good and smells good.Havent tasted it yet.I dont like chocolate cake but love chocolate.I ended up with enough mixture for two cakes.nice treat for when the kids come home from school.also made soda bread and carrot cake.

i had a bit of an accident with mine ... transferring to my nice "cake" plate and the fec kin thing split in the middle
so while not aesthetically pleasing it should still taste good (I hope)!!
