Ok I did the virtual punch bag and now I am making this the virtual chill out tent/thread! In here no mention of anything negative. Positivity breeds positivity (i think thats how the saying goes!)
The smell of sandalwood incense fills the air and the sound of water gently trickling over stones is the only interuptions to the birds singing in the trees.
Pull up a bean bag, come chill, cleanse your mind ready for that great adventure waiting just around the corner.................... Spread a little love

Mmmmmm that's what we need, some soothing sounds and smells, a nice comfy bean bag, and some nice mellowness!
Good idea daunted
I'm feeling more chilled already...the form 80 I've been filling in is fading away in my consciousness and I'm remembering who I am again...a peaceful, joyous, fluffy person who loves life
but has recently become buried under lots of paperwork in order to achieve my dream of moving to Oz
Nice one!

welcome chubby and pursers
Within this canvas there is no stress, no fretting parents, no wailing inlaws and LCU is just a figment of everyones imagination.
here .......pull up a bean bag, have a herbal tea and let your worries disappear. What is the point of a new life if you are too stressed to enjoy in?
On the count of three.......1 .................2..............3 IN THROUGH THE NOSE AND OUT THROUGH THE MOUTH
Feel the luuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrve

Ooh, a nice love-in!
I'll have a strawberry tea please with a nippin of vodka in it, that will go down nicely. Warms the cockles! Or maybe a super creamy hot chocolate for the ultimate in yummyness. .......Yep, the hot choc wins it for me
Does anyone fancy an indian head massage?
Just think of all the tension melting away with the warmth of the massage oil and let your poor neck relax after holding your heavy noggin up aaaallll dayyyyy......

Ok...I'll stick a big pot of Chai on for everyone first, but am also off to sleep - more forms to fill in tomorrow but with a fresh new look through relaxed eyes.
We should all make sure we stop and breathe deeply and 'rest, revive and survive' as the Aussies say when driving!
Except it is our weary souls that need resting and reviving
Just imagine the fantastic shoulder massage at the end of your head massage I've been doing, and chiiilllllllll......
For your pleasure I will twirl some fire poi for a few minutes to help you free your mind totally and just enjoy the moment right NOW
Have a wonderful day tomorrow and don't let it all get ya down!
