Does anyone actually know the circumstances surrounding this?
Perhaps it was HIS wall at the bottom of HIS garden?
Perhaps they were kicking it down to build a new fence?
Where is the evidence that he is a Chav? He may well have been a respectable, hard working family man.

Regardless of whether he was a fine upstanding member of the community, he probably deserves it for being brain dead 
Basic common sense tells you that's what would happen.
