Default Carl Williams...

a quicker repsonse to his death than when the Queen Mother died... I mean an hour long "tribute" within hours of his death?

the ex wife on a special at 6.30?

some one must have tipped off the tv stations in advance

Hope so, it was the only thing that kept me sane when I lived in Melbourne.
I love the 70's character and tell my Oz mates it reminds me of up to date Melbourne ha ha. they call me a dag and have promised to send me over any copies as soon as it is out.

I'm sure in years to come he will be seen by the average Aussie as a "loveable larrikin" who was simply sticking up for himself and protecting his family from the horrible corrupt Victorian Police. Then expect to have Mick Jagger brought out of his Cryogenically frozen state to play the lead role in the movie adaptation of his life.

I don't believe in capital punishment or eye for an eye but good riddance to bad rubbish - now I just wish everyone would leave it alone and not give it the publicity that it doesn't deserve.

That police chief bloke on the box this morning was a joke, he was banging on about assuring the public that he'd get to the bottom of it. Seriously, who gives a rats arse, you live by the sword, you die by the sword.

One quote from him though 'this was a vicious attack, which was proven by the fact that he died', pure gold.

Doubt anyone will lose any sleep over this one
