Either way, he should be taken out of the gene pool at the earliest available opportunity. That poor kid just traveling from point A to point B couldn't have guessed in a million years that this day was his last on earth and that he was going to meet such a grisly end for no apparent reason.
I really feel for his parents right now. If I was the father and I could gain access to the offender I would bleed the f****r slowly.
