Can anyone recommend decent UK house insurance for letting ?
Hi Guys,
We are going to rent our property out while we are in Oz.
Can anyone recommend a decent insurance company for home insurance, because our current insurer wont insure us whilst we are out of the country.
Thanks in advance
Rob

Hi we use lets cover for our buy-to-let property. Phone Countrywde Residential Lettings to get info or google. We've never had any problems but we have never had to make a claim
