When we were travelling we used the Big4 camp sites, good amenities and Australia wide, also any of the Top tourist parks are good.

Patonga or Ocean Beach Holiday park. Ocean beach has limited camping since its mostly cabins/villas, Patonga is run by Gosford city council, is all camping, lovely area & fantastic new play equipment for the kids. Both these are on the central nsw coast, close to woy woy, where grocery shopping is better than the loacl town of umina.
