I know, Wish it could be all real and not virtual at times
i went into town today for a contact lens check and had 40 mins to kill while the dye in my eyes disapeared so treat my self to a minty hot chocolate at this rather nice coffee house. It was so nice to just watch the world go by. (even if every one had a yellow glow)

Lol thanks Mandy, I wsa preparing to put my thermals on but my friend phoned me to tell me they'd closed the school! Great news as the monkey can stay home with me but I had parents evening tonight and I was really looking forward to it so that's a bit of a bumer.

I was going to Coventry today but there's no way I'm venturing out in the car in this!

My friend was complaining last night that someone at her work had emailed everyone telling them they expect them to make every attempt to make it into work in the snow - she was furious! She's a realy conscientious worker, always on time, never takes a false sicky - she went and complained Mind you she lives out in the sticks in Staffordshire somewhere and has to drive into Brum, wonder if she did get snowed in!

I know its unfair when everyone is branded the same - its like at school when they used to shout at the whole class and keep us all in just because of a few because they couldn't be bothered to really make the effort and sort it out properly!!
