Buying a car
In the UK I have always brought and sold my cars privately. When my partner and I move to Brisbane in July I have concerns buying a car will be a whole new ball game. Does anybody have any tips on buying a car, taxing it and insuring it?
I have a couple of websites but don’t even know the models out in Oz so it’s a bit tricky. To begin with I want to buy something really practical like a station wagon, van or pick up, as we’ll be moving around, buying furniture etc. I only want to spend $5000. Does anybody have any ideas? |
