It's difficult to work out the best way to do this.
We've got a bloke at work that is 3/4's of the way through the round Aus thing.... He has had bits of a go at it before.... Like up to 5 week plus trips to Ayres Rock and surrounds and the same up to Cooktown etc. He and his wife after trying various methods.... Tent, Motorhome, etc etc. This time around they bought a new Station Wagon they could sleep in, put up a Tent for their belongings, Kitchen stuff and clothes etc. Mostly they have stayed in Cabins though.
A lot cheaper and a lot more comfortable than a Motorhome, is what he said.
