Raby Bay is very nice but never in my league. Just tooooo pricey. I like Cleveland but more the central part but would prefer Wellington Point overall. We're in Alex Hills just up the road. Apaprently the poorer cousin type of thing! For us it suits all our needs. Close to transport (bus and train) shopping 5 mins away from Cleveland/Wellington Point. All your domestic shopping needs taken care off another 5 mins away in Capalaba. We got the house with the pool (need some cosmetic work done but has the potential) so pretty much it about it.
