Brisbane help please

Hi

Some friends of ours are moving to QLD next year. They're looking at Buderim and surrounding areas.

How long would it take to drive into Brisbane from there?

Mmm..bit too far to commute eh?

Would you know if there are any factory trading estates north of Brisbane, a bit closer to Buderim?
