My sister lives in Robertson. It is indeed damp, not nearly as up its own arse as Bowral though.

No, you didn't dream it. And I didn't try and convince anyone - just stated the situation. Read the local paper.

Put it like this then: by day, civilised (For Australia). Late at night, esp. Friday and Saturday: not quite Kings Cross, but us oldies have had our Ovaltine and are tucked up nice and warm and safe from the Glasgow Kiss. Each to his own.
