Default 'Bout time we had a New Years Resolution thread!

OK, so Christmas is probably just about now out of the way?

Whats the plan for 2010 then? LOL!

Initially... my plan is to do the Dry January (as I usually try to do!) which means the whole of Jan I don't drink alcohol... boring, but does me good I hope!

Not sure about the other 11 months though!

What about everyone else?

Go to the gym down the road from me - well its a 4km cycle trip each way but thats still not far.

To work on some of my projects I should have done a while ago and there is no reason why I shouldnt pick them up again so I need a kick up the backside to motivate myself.

Thats about it for me.

Oh I wish I was that fit in real life, good job you can only see my avatar.

I love avatars, you can be who you like and noone knows what you really look like in real life.

I might get a pole installed into my living room to try and get my butt in shape.

I will cut back booze and get more exercise. Being on BE drinking Shiraz is a good first step.

2010 is going to be the year of me. I'm going to lose the last 22 kg, get the reconstructive surgery I want/need after 50 kg weight loss, exercise more and generally take better care of myself. I've spent the last 30 years taking care of everyone else, so now it's my turn.

People neglect themselves easily. I am terrible for it. You need to feel ok about yourself and take better care of yourself. It's not as easy as it sounds....
