Settlement is on the 5th of next month, and the owner has agreed to rent it back from us for a further 4 weeks while he gets himself sorted.
Obviously we have not been able to visit the property ourselves, but my mother (who used to be a real estate agent) has been acting on our behalf, so we know we're onto a winner.
It's in one of South Australia's northern suburbs - not far from Wendy, in fact!

No, that's the lounge. 
The "bathroom" is a secluded corner of the back yard, just behind a strategically located shrub.
