Re moving the Immigrations and Lifestyle threads - the problem with them is this. Immigration feeds to Usenet so unless the thread is actually started in there then the posts don't show on usener even if the thread is moved to that forum. So you end up with only half a thread appering in usenet (the half after the move) and everyone there gets confused Thats why we have to advise people to start a new thread there rather than just having the old one moved.
Lifestyle threads in the Immi forum have a similar problem. We can move them after disconnecting from usenet, as long as there are only Forum posts on them - if there are usenet posts on them we try to leave them where they are as the usenet posters can't access the Lifestyle forum......
Hope some of that makes sense!!! I need another drink now
