BE Biggest Loser!
So, anyone up for it. Weigh in on Sunday and every Sunday afterwards for 3 months??

Do I get to include the 7kg I've already lost in the past month? Well, either way, I'll do it. We don't actually have to say how much we weigh right now, do we?

Re: BE Biggest Loser!
Just realised Sunday is Easter Sunday so maybe not a good day - unless we weigh before the chocolate!!
I guess we don't need to state out starting weight - as long as we record it and could always put down the percentage of weight lost -- then those that really want to know can work it out!!
I've had a buggered back all week, so no exercise as such - and at my age I rely on the exercise!

Good for you Bordy! I think I need a bit of a competition to keep me on the straight and narrow - absolutely no will power at the moment (well for the past 3 years....).
A defining moment was when I was admiring Amelia's first day at school photos. I was just about to complain to Adam about him getting a Mum's big bottom in the shot - when i realised it was MINE

Can I count the 50lb I've already lost?
I weigh in elsewhere, where no-one knows me. There's only so much public humiliation I can take.

Actually, that said, I'm a bit shy about my weight/figure (I have a humungous arse!)....so maybe I'll just subscribe to this thread and cheer others on rather than really participating.

Bought a mountain bike today, so that should help it on its way.
I've never been scrawny... I like my curves.

Re: BE Biggest Loser!
I was seriously curvy - I put on a lot of weight before the thyroid thing was discovered, despite sticking obsessively to diets... It's nearly all gone but I think I could lose another 30lb and still look curvy. Down to a 14 top and 16 arse now... I carried it well because of seriously large muscle bulk and tall... but even then, there's a point where you start to look fat and you can't get away with it any longer...

Sounds like cycling will be great fun, though I know some of the hills in your area....down might be ok, but going up?????
