Default Big Brother and paper work

I'm new to this forum; I have just been reading some of the threads and theirs some good advice out there
Now I need some of your experience and guidance.
I have already completed and passed the TRA and am ready to send my application for independent skills.
I have been hairdressing for 25 years and I'm 40 years old, I'm fully qualified in C&G, I went to OZ 3 years ago for 9 mths loved it, came home and have been self employed for a year and a half.
previous to that I was working 3 years full time in various salons in my home town, I have managed to get all my boss’s to give me the appropriate job references, some more reluctant than others ( you know how it can get with employers!).
I have never been good with paper work, I don't own any payslip p45/60’s what ever they are!, receipts nothing, it’s a job remembering to pay weekly bills my friends do it for me, I pretty much live day by day, but I am a dame good hairdresser and work hard.
What worries me is I read in a recent thread that some one was asked to produce all the last 3 years of paper work , receipts, pay slips, p45/60 from immagration, this is scary,, I'm a bit concerned now,
I don’t want my application sent back because I have sent the wrong or contradictory information, how detailed do they check, do they know how many detentions I got at school, they wont be impressed I can tell ya, doing this immigration stuff has not been good for me, how much gunff do they want, talk about brain drain, can someone please tell me what the score really is with this game
