Default Big Black Labrador!

Hello everyone!

Another quick question! We have a large Black Labrador Dog, he is only 3 years old and has many years ahead of him yet, therfore we will definatly be taking him with us to Oz. Does anyone know approx costs of this, how it works, how long it takes before he arrives, any jabs he may need other than those he has in the UK, etc, etc. Initially we will have to rent accomodation, does anyone know if this could cause a big problem and hold us back, especially in Sydney?

Thanks

Hi we brought our Cocker Spaniel over and reckon it cost about 2thousand quid all in. Depends on the size dog a bit as well, due to the size of crate.
Quarantine took 30 days in Eastern Creek (NW Sydney).
We found having a dog restricted the type of property we could get (many apartments do not allow dogs), but they are out there if you look...
We used Airpets (seemed to do a good job) and they can provide you with a list of what is required.
HTH

Fine!! Not that much wildlife here in Cremorne! Althugh she has snuffled at a few Redbacks!! :scared:
She is all happy - just like home, but with the opportunity to sunbathe more during the year!
Hope you manage to sort everything out...
