Hi everyone, got 4 kids who like to mawl the lappy and tv's what's the best way to clean em. the screen wipes are shit, they go dry after wiping a couple of inch's and currently am using flash diluted down... do you think this will damage them????

I use a damp cloth with a mild soap, wipe over the surface, then wipe with a water only damp cloth to remove residue, then wipe dry with a third. Make sure it is off whilst doing this or even better unplugged, becuase if a few drops go into the electronics its not pretty. Have been doing this for years and never had a problem, even when a few drops get into places they should not i just dry what I can and leave for a few hours in warm place. Dont use anything rough or you will scratch the surface, not good either.

I use glasses cleaning liquid. As long as you don't let it go into the crack between screen and surround I don't see it matters that much, although some cleaners might attack the surface etching.
