Buy her a Tiffany heart.

Are you in Aus? Girls LOVE Tiffany jewellery.

http://au.tiffany.com

Simple, classic, beautiful, memorable.... and I speak from experience.

PS - Don't ask men. What do they know?

Ok, if not diamonds, then use her birthstone and buy the relevant gems

Ladies love jewellery, though after 22 years I have more than enough. My OH bought me a pandora bracelet- you can add charms whenever something significant happens, so it tells a story - gold or silver ones.

Your presence and company should be enough and if that aint enough, chuck her for a cheaper version.

Well then, melt down all her unwanted jewellery, throw in a few gems and come up with a masterpiece
