Yes for a few years now, but either the kids were too little, we didnt have enough points, I was worried about leaving family etc..
But now we have the right points, my mother died Nov, the kids are older...
trouble is they are that much older to voice their opinions!! and it is wrong timing still, with AS levels, and in September The Boy goes into year 9!!

Well we are selling our house and thinking of getting a smaller one..then it was going to be rented out if/when we go... so we would have some capital to go with for a start

When do you have to validate your visa by?

Well we are waiting for the visa (fingers crossed)...we put our police checks in in march so I presume that will be our validation date..?

yes we had them start of May..had to be back by 23 may to Oz

Yes then your validation date will be the date of your police checks, so plenty of time we have to be in by 20th december.
